Where was this when I was in school? I would have paid A LOT more attention in PE class!

I also might have participated more, my gym teacher would put an jazzercise video on and tell us “Ok Girls get moving” then go sit in her office where she could see us from her office window, if she was paying attention.
It is a shame that when people think of Martial arts they think only of Asia. The west has had a whole host of different martial styles in the past. I am afraid over time they will likely be lost. God to see someone is keeping them going!
