Gifted

LMT is truly gifted. Tonight, I taught her to fake-burp on command. The world holds such an amazing future for this little girl.

Fun Sized

Turns out I am NOT emotionally prepared to hear my 10 year-old daughter describe short boys in her class as “fun sized.” I almost crashed the car.

Danger Monkey, age 4: “When I’m a grownup, I won’t work. I’ll just stay home and play with my kids.”

Me: “Really? If you don’t have a job, where will you get food?”

Danger Monkey: “The kitchen.”
