End of Summer Goodness


We didn’t grow our own tomatoes this year, but that hasn’t stopped me from buying some beautiful red locally grown slicers. Paired with some local apple wood smoked bacon, a bit of mayo on some decent quality toasted bread… and you have a yummy end of Summer treat.

The picture is not quite the high quality I usually strive for, but these were going VERY fast and I was frankly lucky to get this single grainy shot.

We love our BLTs (lettuce optional).

Speaking of summer harvest, I have literally 200 cucumbers and will be sharing photos once I start making pickles!
