Inch-thick Ribeyes, medium rare, grilled ’em myself, just the way I like them. Grilled onions. Baked potatoes with sour cream and bacon crumbles. Carrots with citrus-molasses glaze. Corn on the cob. And the company of my wonderful family. Happy Fathers Day to me!
I had one of the best, if not the best, Father’s Day. I got to grill twice… once for family, once for myself. Bone-in ribeye with grilled onions, baked potato, candied carrots and steamed broccoli.
