Just signed up me and MOG for a child/parent Zombie LARP at GenCon. Don’t know all the details but I think the parents dress up like zombie teachers and the kids have to figure out how to get out of the school. It may be the most awesome thing I’ve ever heard of in my life. Rock on, GenCon… rock on.

It’s Relative
I had a sincere conversation with My Oldest Girl yesterday about the science behind Einstein’s Theory of Relativity. She thinks it is really cool. I think I’m going to cry I’m so happy to be having such conversations with my child.
Wrong Side Out
My mom’s surgery went well and should relieve some of the pain.
Sitting at the restaurant for lunch today and My Oldest Girl says “Dad, your shirt is on wrong side out and backwards.” And it was. Oops.
I guess I’ve been pretty distracted lately. More than I realized.
I hugged the girl and went to the restroom to correct my shirt. There wasn’t much else to do.
