Fun Sized

Turns out I am NOT emotionally prepared to hear my 10 year-old daughter describe short boys in her class as “fun sized.” I almost crashed the car.

She’s a Natural

I’m at GenCon at a “Learn to play D&D” session with My Oldest Girl, which is awesome.

I asked which type of character she wanted to play. She said, “A girl.”

And that’s why I love her.

MOG got a hit tonight in her softball game and 2 RBI, making her the MVP of the game, at least statistically.

And this status update constitutes more sports-related talk from me than I would have ever expected in my lifetime.
