I got to run another kid LARP today at the 8th birthday party of the daughter of our best friends. Everyone involved had a pretty good time. The kids are always a hoot and I’m learning that few things make me happier than showing kids that you don’t have to stop playing pretend when you grow up.

So… I’m sick again.
Me and the kids woke up with fevers today. We’re all miserable and cranky.
Seems to always happen right after they start school up again.
I swear they are little Outbreak carrier monkeys, all of them.

Make good… time
I apparently have finally figured out how to get the 12 year old to not mess around when getting out of the car when being dropped off at school.
This morning, all I got out was “Make good…” before she slammed the door and fast-walked into the building.
