Everything You’ve Ever Wanted to Know About the Very Vocal Viking Blog
This is my blog. There are many like it, but this one is mine.
I’m just your average giant-sized geeky Hoosier viking, trying to survive parenthood and modern life the best that I can. I created this blog because I like to share my geeky adventures, some deep thoughts, maybe some food pictures and recipes, and the hilarious things my kids say.
The older I get, the more I’ve realized that life is about enjoying yourself, and accepting yourself in all your weirdness. So I embrace my inner freak and encourage you to do the same. We’d all be happier if our inner weirdos were less “inner” and more just who we are.
Most important to me is SHARING. This blog is intended to be an interactive adventure. Please comment and share your thoughts and ideas and pictures and wild thoughts and silly reactions. It’s all part of the show.
Also, I’m always looking for feedback. If you see something wrong, or inappropriate, or if there is something missing that you think would really add to this space… let me know.

Yes! There are several ways, but I’m not an expert. I know you can use the links at the bottom of any page to get the RSS feed info. Also you can sign up to “follow” the blog, but may have to have a WordPress account?

Actually… I went in and back-dated most of the entries so they weren’t exactly real-time posts. The blog only went “live” about a week ago. But I’ve been building it and transcribing old posts for almost two years. I just recently finally caught up to the present so I could launch the blog! Thank you, Ted!
