Door Optional

Thank you, tiny Chevron gas station deep in rural Georgia, for giving me my first ever door-optional public bathroom experience.

At least I had my back to the parking lot.

Also, based on the sanitation conditions, I am now considered high risk for Ebola and will be voluntarily surrendering myself to the CDC.

Yecch.

Disney Delve 2014, Day 7

DISNEY DELVE 2014: Day 7.

This is my final entry.

I’m not sure why I was so grumpy when we arrived. Sure, it was expensive and hot, but the Disney staff really do an amazing job of making sure every detail is perfect. We all had a good time and the kids had so many amazing experiences that will make for wonderful memories of a lifetime.

I’m almost sad that today is our last day.

And it really seems like I’m forgetting to do something really important, like that feeling when you’re not sure if you turned off the stove before you left the house.

Oh well. I’m sure it’s nothing.

Thank you Disney!

Disney Delve 2014: Day 6

DISNEY DELVE 2014, day 6:

Animal Kingdom is informative as well as entertaining. Lunch with the Princesses was delightful. Dino ride was scarier than expected but we survived. Lines were short so the kids rode many rides over and over. And the adults ended the evening at the Food & Wine festival at Epcot, with delicious bites and drinks from around the world. Which was really nice because the weather was cooler today.

A pleasant day all around, really. Seems like there was something I was supposed to do tonight. Oh well. Off to bed and back early tomorrow!
